Kayla Younger

Kayla L. Younger is an associate attorney at Cohn & Dussi.

Before joining the firm as an attorney, Kayla served as a law clerk at Cohn & Dussi, where she gained experience across the firm’s key practice areas, including commercial lending and finance, equipment leasing and finance, financial services, collections and workouts, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, dispute resolution, and insurance subrogation.

While in law school, Kayla worked at the Justice Bridge Legal Center, assisting low- to middle-income clients in housing, family law, employment, and consumer matters.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, with a minor in intelligence and national security studies, from the University of Texas at El Paso, graduating cum laude in December 2021. During her undergraduate years, she served as president of Zeta Tau Alpha and was named the University of Texas at El Paso Fraternity and Sorority Life 2021 President of the Year.

Kayla received her JD from New England Law | Boston in May 2025. There, she participated in the Summer Fellowship Program, gaining practical skills, hands-on legal experience, and professional connections throughout New England.

Kayla is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
