Geoffrey Moore

Geoffrey Moore is an associate attorney at Cohn & Dussi.

He specializes in commercial litigation, focusing on commercial debt collection. Geoffrey has successfully represented clients in numerous debt collection matters and foreclosures throughout Massachusetts and has a proven track record of recovering debts for some of the largest banks and lenders in the country.

Before joining Cohn & Dussi, Geoffrey worked as an associate attorney practicing in areas of Real Estate, Creditors Rights, Civil Litigation, and Social Security Disability Insurance. Through that work, Geoffrey advocated to secure benefits for people with disabilities.

Geoffrey is also well-versed in real estate transactions. He has a wide range of real estate law practice including purchase and sale, financing, property rights, foreclosures, as well as land use and zoning laws. He has attended hundreds of closings throughout the state of Massachusetts, gaining a wealth of knowledge, experience, and versatility.

Geoffrey received his Bachelors’ degree from the University of Rhode Island where he was a member of the Sigma Pi Fraternity. He received his J.D. from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
