Phil A. Taylor received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston, with a concentration in Finance in 1999. Mr. Taylor received his Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law in 2003.
At the New England School of Law Mr. Taylor was recognized as a New England Scholar and a recipient of the New England School of Law Service Award. Also, he served as a Legal Research Advisor and volunteered as a judge for Moot Court, both as part of the legal writing program.
Additionally, while at the New England School of Law, Mr. Taylor served on the executive board of the New England Journal of Criminal and Civil Confinement as the Managing Business Editor. As the Managing Business Editor, he oversaw the journal’s Confinement Outreach Program and its 2003 symposium: Offender Sentencing and Re-entry: Changing Policies for Times of Budget Restraint.
Mr. Taylor is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts State and, Federal District Court for Massachusetts, including the Bankruptcy Court. He also serves on his local Zoning Board of Appeals. Mr. Taylor’s experiences include matters involving debtor and creditor rights, product liability, consumer protection, family law, and general litigation. |
