Russell Rosenthal, Of Counsel, co-heads the personal injury department at Cohn & Dussi, LLC. He is a senior member of the firm’s litigation department. Mr. Rosenthal’s practice is concentrated in representing injured people who want an aggressive “big city” lawyer, combined with a “small town” personalized service. This unique formula has been his trademark in the personal injury field for close to 25 years and has been the cornerstone of his success in representing clients throughout Massachusetts and across the country.
Mr. Russell Rosenthal received his undergraduate degree from American University in Washington, D.C. and earned his law degree from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts.
Mr. Russell Rosenthal is known for being a national speaker at Atticus Seminars for Lawyers, where he has spoken on topics such as “client development skills” and “how to place the client first in the practice of law." In addition, he has spoken at various medical organization meetings where he has shared his expertise on the ways doctors can provide additional help to their patients. These include instances when their patients' medical records have been subpoenaed, or when the doctors have been called to testify to provide expert deposition testimony on behalf of the client.
