John J. Dussi

John J. Dussi is a Partner in the Law Firm of Cohn & Dussi, LLC where he heads the Firm’s Litigation Department and is a member of the Creditors' Rights Department. For more than 15 years, he has been involved with the litigation of a broad scope of banking and other business related matters in the State and Federal Courts with specialization in the area of creditors' rights.
Mr. Dussi is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is also a Special District Attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in that capacity assists the Commonwealth in the enforcement of obligations owed to the Commonwealth.
Mr. Dussi is a faculty member for the Lorman Education Services Group where he regularly speaks on the topic of “Collection Law in Massachusetts”.
He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Association of America, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
